Terms of use

The service

Convylo lets you build a chatbot for your website by talking to an assistant. The service is provided by Loyalty.lt, MB (company code 307165534).

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and in your organization.
• The organization owner decides what other members may do.

Your content

• Your content stays yours. We use it for nothing other than running your bot.
• You are responsible for having the right to add what you add.
• You grant us the right to store and process your content as far as running the service requires.

What you may not do

• Use the service for unlawful activity or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Build bots that pose as a human where the law requires disclosure.
• Attempt to bypass limits, probe the system without permission, or disrupt its operation.
• Upload personal data you have no basis to process.

AI answers

The bot answers from the content you provide, but language models can be wrong. Convylo does not warrant that every answer is correct.

You are responsible for what your bot says to your visitors. Review changes before publishing — every change is shown to you first.

Plans and payment

• Prices include VAT. Invoices are issued by Loyalty; payments run through NeoPay.
• The trial is 14 days on Pro limits; no card is required.
• On paid plans, messages above the limit are billed at your plan's rate.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails the account moves to the free plan — bots keep running on smaller limits.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not offer a separate SLA. Planned work is done when load is lowest.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or data loss not caused by us.

Ending the agreement

• You can delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms — with notice, unless the law prevents it.

Changes and governing law

We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a material change.

Lithuanian law applies; disputes are heard by the courts of Lithuania.
